2. (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) | Guest: Michael Bienias, Director of EMBS -Engagment has been at regional, County, and City/District levels; -Masterplanners have been engaged, and a Working Group has been set up; -Three Reports have been published since 2000; -Market housing versus key worker housing is now at 50/50 split; -Key worker housing includes 1250 units for University and College staff; -Survey has been undertaken to consider demand for keyworker housing; -Consultation has taken place between City and South Cambridgeshire Councils; -Financial studies are being undertaken; -Public Examination will take place after Notice to Regent House; -Separate team to run project under EMBS to be considered by the Registrary; and -Final plan has to be approved by the Inspector. -Work taking place with the East Forum; and -Critical mass not at a stage yet to support a corner shop University Bond: -Bond being considered for North West Cambridge, Old Press site, and New Museums site. 2007 Estates’ Strategy Plan: -Considered by the Schools, PVCs, PRC and the Finance Committee, which will lead to a Strategic Implementation Plan. |

4. (i) (ii) (iii) | Matters Arising HPCF: -To be kept under review. Re-organisation of UAS: -To be kept under review. 800th Campaign: -Budget of £1.65m approved; -First closing date for the 2009 fund is 22 November 2007; and -Programme of Events being organised. CamSIS: -To be kept under review. |
