Matters Arising

Accounts:

-Richard Stibbs and Paul ffolkes Davis attended a productive meeting with the Director of Finance, Andrew Reid, with input from David Yates.

Discussion:

-Issue raised regarding North West Cambridge.

Reports of General Board, and Accounts

-Concern raised regarding continued work on CHRIS;

-Council has encouraged the Registrary to continue improvements in management;

-Discussion document regarding restructuring of Tripos has been circulated; and

-Health and Safety has a minor issue regarding manual handling.

Addenbrooke’s Hospital

-To be kept under review.

West Cambridge Nursery

-Margaret Glendenning reported on current situation, which is being pro-actively investigated by the University.
