Agreed that ELG and CP will tidy up the report and circulate to the rest of the Board.

Report to be shown to the Registrary on 7^th July.

RS, ELG, JH, MEG and CP to meet at 2pm in the Fleet Room on 9^th July to incorporate any comments from that meeting.

- Agreed to ask Chris Lewis to speak to the Board next year.
